Our brand's inception was driven by my wife, who has an acute Gluten sensitivity, and her desire for gluten-free treats that rivaled traditional baked goods in taste and quality. Then I received a Cancer diagnosis, and it became clear that we needed treats that were also genuinely clean-but still felt like a treat.
Today we make Organic, Vegan, Gluten-free cookies using only real, whole-food ingredients—no gums, no fillers, no ultra-processed shortcuts. Everything is sweetened with 100% organic coconut sugar, so our cookies are lower on the glycemic index while still tasting indulgent. Each cookie also contains 2 grams of naturally occurring Plant Protein.
